A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering for Digital Banking Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and establish operating policies for engineering departments

Lead software development processes, including code reviews and technical solution design

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technology strategies with business goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience

8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a specific IT discipline

3+ years of leadership experience in IT disciplines and management of high-performance teams

Strong competency in agile methodologies and experience with customer-facing solutions

Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage complex business problems
