Home Health Occupational Therapist

Pay : $65-72 / visit | Average of 25-30 visits / week | Full-time

Location : Green River and Rock Springs, WY

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients by providing personalized care at home visits. You will work closely with individuals of the geriatric community to develop and implement treatment plans that promote independence, improve daily living skills, and facilitate recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify patients' needs and develop customized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic activities to improve motor function, coordination, and mobility
  • Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports on day of the visit

Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience with home health / geriatric community preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy towards patients
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
