Role : Lead Product Manager AI Wallet

Location : Remote or Bay Area.

Remote. Full time.

About the job :

Advantra is partnering with a high-growth fintech and crypto startup in Remote or Bay Area to hire a Lead Product Manager to own the product roadmap and execution for AI-powered trading and wallet experiences.

About the role :

You will drive product strategy and execution for the AI wallet, trading automations, and user-facing features. You will design workflows for spot trading, perps, copy trading, and AI trading agents. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to build features that users interact with daily and optimize for on-chain activity. You will translate complex trading and AI workflows into clear, usable experiences.

Responsibilities :

Drive the product roadmap for wallet and trading features across spot, perps, and copy trading.
Define how AI powers trading workflows, bots, and predictive insights.
Analyze on-chain data and integrate with APIs such as Privy, Dune SIM, 0x, and Blockaid.
Translate complex trading and AI workflows into simple user experiences.
Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional teams on product strategy and execution.
Validate product assumptions through user feedback and quantitative data.
Prioritize features and roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and user needs.
Ensure consistency across mobile and web wallet experiences.
Communicate roadmap, decisions, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

Core requirements :

5 to 8 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or trading products.

Experience shipping complex trading or wallet products in production.

Knowledge of DeFi, perpetuals, copy trading, and wallet UX best practices.

Hands-on experience with AI integration including LLMs, RAG, or memory systems.

Demonstrated ability to work with APIs, on-chain data, and trading platforms.

Experience translating complex workflows into consumer-friendly features.

Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and executive teams.

Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.

Product portfolio or examples of shipped projects demonstrating measurable outcomes.

Familiarity with crypto-native tools, wallets, and trading terminals.

Nice to have :

Experience in multi-chain or cross-chain product development.

Background in iOS and Android app design for fintech products.

Experience with tokenomics or crypto incentives.

Knowledge of smart contracts and blockchain protocols.

Prior work in AI-powered finance tools.
