Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus for qualified candidates

Guthrie Cortland Medical Center is hiring for a compassionate and professional LPN to care for our mix of medical, surgical and telemetry patients. You will work as part of the Team Nursing model in a caring and supportive work environment. We offer :

Education, License & Cert : LPN ‐ license based on corresponding position location

Experience : One‐year experience in healthcare field preferred but not required

Essential Functions : 1. Directs patient to exam room and prepares patient for exam or treatment by identifying height, weight, respirations, blood pressure, temperature, additional testing, and records same on chart. Will also interview patient to obtain history allergies, reconciles medication list and records on chart as requested.

Other Duties : 1. As assigned as appropriate for LPN licensure

Hourly rate of pay : $26.25 - $38.50 / hour depending on experience
