HTC is looking for a Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager to manage a Project to Implement Salesforce based Application in P&C Insurance Industry. Responsibilities : Deliver advisory services to the most innovative client organizations. Lead Large-scale work streams requiring specific knowledge of Salesforce Financial Cloud. Implement an Agency Management Solution for Insurance industry. Leading teams of people on-shore and off-shore to deliver salesforce solutions. Exoerience in Managing and Delivering salesforce transformation, advisory or consulting experience and demonstrated success in a dynamic path. At least 8 years of exp in project delivery on a large salesforce transformation. Must have worked in multiple full lifecycles implementations. Ability to execute and advise on Agile best practices. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Motivated, persistent eager to optimize, drive for excellence. Strong communication, leading and presentation skills (Verbal and written). Experience : 8 plus years of Experience. Experience with Salesforce Financial Cloud. Experience with Insurance Agency Management Applications is highly desired. Knowledge of Insurance Carrier Integrations. Qualification : Bachelor's or equivalent Degree in the required field.
