We are seeking 1 Family Nurse Practitioners to join our health center!

PMS providers deliver exceptional care to our rural community patients on a daily basis. It is PMS' priority to take care of you :

  • Sign-on bonus
  • Relocation Stipend - Up to $10K
  • PTO plan - 25 days PTO, 9 Paid holidays
  • CME stipend & days off - 40 hrs annually

  • No nights, weekends, nor calls
  • Loan Repayment Eligibility : We are a National Health Service Corps approved site (up to $50K tax free dollars in exchange for 2-3 years of service). HPSA Score 21 for Primary Care.

ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS

Required Qualifications :

  • Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program

    • Preferred  Qualifications :

  • Spanish speaking preferred

    • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :

  • New Mexico Board of Nursing license with certification as a Nurse Practitioner / Family Practice or Certification from the New Mexico Board of Medical Examiners
  • DEA license
  • New Mexico Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
  • Medicare PIN and UPIN numbers
  • Medicaid Number
  • Have or be able to obtain BLS / CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire

    • Screening Requirements :

  • Testing and immunizations including TB, Hepatitis B (consent or waiver), Tdap, MMR, and Varicella, will be available at the employees PMS health center. Influenza vaccines will be required according to dates set by the CDC and NMDOH
