We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Trusts & Estates Litigation Partner to join our esteemed legal team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned attorney who specializes in fiduciary litigation and has a proven track record of managing client relationships effectively. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in pleadings, motions, depositions, and trials. You will be responsible for managing complex trusts and estates litigation matters, providing superior client service, and contributing to the growth and development of the department.

Responsibilities :

• Manage complex Trusts & Estates litigation matters from start to finish, including depositions, court appearances, hearings, and motion practice.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests / responses, and conduct legal research.
• Oversee and mentor associates and paralegals within the team.
