Job Title : Dedicated Aide (Instructional and / or Behavioral Support)

Department : Education

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Reports to : Director of Learning Support, Washington Yu Ying Principals

Schedule : Monday - Friday. 30 hours / week on average. Hours may be adjusted as workload fluctuates.

Pay : $24.52-$25.75 / hour

Position Overview : The Dedicated Aide works with an individual student that needs academic, emotional, and / or behavioral support. The Dedicated Aide will reinforce learning of materials or skills initially introduced and outlined by certified staff. The Dedicated Aide performs clerical, classroom maintenance, and instructional duties as assigned by the certified staff. The Dedicated Aide supports a student with special needs throughout the school day by making the curriculum and daily activities accessible for the student.
