Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles including skilled trades and production operators.
• Administer HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations (e.g. OSHA).
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding emphasizing safety training and company culture specific to the manufacturing environment.
• Oversee performance management processes including annual reviews and performance improvement plans.
• Manage workers' compensation claims incident reporting and promote a strong safety culture across the plant.
• Process payroll changes administer benefits programs and manage various leave requests.
