Customer Service Representative

Description

The insurance company offers business insurance like workers comp, liability, commercial auto insurance to small businesses. This is internet driven business and inbound phone position.

The Client Services Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to :

• Maintaining industry leading service standards by providing prompt service and one call resolution.
• Timely entry of all inbound leads
• Availability and dependability to multitask between systems and job duties such as documentation, taking calls, following up on items as needed.
• Highly focused on a total team environment to create a great culture that centers around servicing the customer and creating growth for the company.
• Most calls will be from current clients who have questions about their policy in regards to coverage, billing, clarification, etc.

Preference for licensed and / or bilingual candidates with open availability. Pay for unlicensed is $19.00 / hr and licensed is $21.47 / hr

Skills & Qualifications

Ideal candidates have a minimum of an Associate's degree. Not needed if 3+ years of call center experience.

Candidates with call center experience are preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.47 / hr.
