Senior Staff Business System Analyst

What you'll be doing :

• Analyzing and defining business requirements for IT systems to ensure seamless, high-impact implementation of solutions.
• Collaborating with multi-functional teams and partners to identify technology strategies that align with business objectives, improve user experience, and achieve quantifiable outcomes.
• Leading and handling IT and AI enabled projects spanning the Atlassian portfolio and beyond-ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with clear success metrics.
• Developing and maintaining detailed documentation on system design, configuration, integration, and AI adoption standard methodologies.
• Bringing to bear analytics and metrics to track project performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in user happiness.
• Offering expert guidance, mentorship, and customer-centric support to collaborators, ensuring positive project outcomes and improving adoption and engagement.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 140,000 USD - 224,250 USD for Level 4, and 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
