A Banquet Junior Sous Chefin Banquetstrains oversees and coordinates culinarystaff in order to prepare cook and present food according to standard recipes while continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing

As Banquet Junior Sous Chef you would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
