Senior Account Director at Sanmina. Sanmina Corporation (Nasdaq : SANM) is a leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider serving the EMS market with facilities located in key regions worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Sanmina’s relationship with the Strategic Account (commercial, operational and relationship matters) by coordinating with Operational groups and a dedicated team to manage the account.
- Create and execute a detailed strategic roadmap to drive growth with the Strategic Account on a global scale, aligning with account requirements and Sanmina groups to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Build an effective high-performance organization starting from the existing Program Management resources to support the account and complement plant operations.
- Provide strong day-to-day leadership of all direct reports to ensure the team safeguards existing business and executes steps to grow profitable new business.
- Develop, maintain and execute detailed customer-specific plans to drive growth and assist in closing deals when required.
- Work with Plant leadership in a matrix-management environment to ensure operational excellence and set high standards.
- Ensure achievement of financial goals for revenues, profitability and asset management for the Strategic Account.
- Manage risk by identifying mitigation strategies and communicating clearly within Sanmina.
- Provide market feedback on technology, pricing and performance; help shape competitive strategy.
Education And Experience
A 10+ year track record in commercial, program management or engineering roles for companies with best-in-class machining and engineering operations; preferably with key customer relationships in energy storage / distribution equipment.Proven growth with strong financial and commercial skills and customer presence.Ability to lead and motivate others; capable of operating in a matrix environment and setting bold expectations.Visionary, engaging leader who communicates effectively to gain trust across the company and customers.Strong customer relationship experience with large multinational corporations; comfortable in C-suite conversations and skilled in verbal, written, and presentation communications.Competitive presence, strong inter-personal skills, and the ability to balance short-term and long-term objectives.Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of results and integrity in a fast-paced, hard-working culture.Flexible work style, able to move from big-picture thinking to detailed execution.Proven ability to develop team members to create a high-performance group and achieve aggressive goals.Collaborative team player who can push back constructively when needed.Educational And Industry Background
A degree in Engineering or Business is desirable; knowledge of precision fabrication / assembly and related manufacturing experience is valuable. Salary Range (annual, California only) : $140,000 - $180,000
