Finance Business Partner Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Finance Business Partner who will work remotely anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual operating plan, forecasts, and monthly outlooks for partnered functions

Build driver-based models linking demand and capacity to manage COGS, gross margin, EBITDA, and cash

Establish and maintain a KPI registry emphasizing financial outcomes

Required Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in FP&A / Finance with 2-3+ years supporting Customer Success or Product / Engineering / SaaS Ops

Experience in driver-based forecasting and scenario planning

Strong understanding of service-ops metrics and / or FinOps / cloud cost concepts

Proficiency in Excel, EPM (Adaptive / Anaplan), BI (Power BI / Tableau); SQL familiarity is a plus

Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field; MBA / CPA / CFA preferred
