A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial management and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the finance team, setting departmental goals and overseeing operations
Collaborate with internal departments on financial matters and manage external banking relationships
Contribute to financial strategy and oversee asset management to optimize cash flow and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of executive-level financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams through inclusive leadership
Experience in aligning financial strategy with business growth objectives and managing asset allocation
