Descripción del trabajoProvide customer service to clients and / or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe for unusual circumstances. Observe and report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel as required by site policies. Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and store employees to provide a visible Allied Universal presence and support a positive environment. Follow post orders and instructions provided by supervisors and client representatives specific to the retail environment. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrols Full-Time
As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrols Full-Time in Pennsauken, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, providing a welcoming presence and helping to deter security-related incidents. In this dynamic environment, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to customers and staff, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. By fostering a secure atmosphere and responding swiftly to situations, you will play a key role in supporting the overall experience at the location, while upholding our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and teamwork.

Tue 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
Wed 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
Thur 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
Fri 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
Sat 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
