As a Manager Of Performance And Operations within Walmart's Last Mile Delivery (LMD) organization, you will play a critical role in driving network-wide excellence by improving on-time delivery and reducing cancellations. This role bridges strategic vision and operational execution, translating long-term goals into measurable outcomes, optimizing processes for efficiency and consistency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver a seamless and reliable customer experience.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve recurring OTD challenges such as intra-day and intra-week delivery issues.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to design and test solutions that drive measurable performance improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications : Supervising Associates Masters : Economics Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
