Job Description
Position Overview : L.L.Bean is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Marketing Analytics Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer analytics, data-driven marketing strategies, and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis : Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive corporate strategies.
- Reporting : Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and market trends.
- Campaign Support : Collaborate with the marketing team to support the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Data Management : Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data cleaning and validation tasks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and IT, to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with data analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills and familiarity with PowerPoint.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Passion for outdoor activities and alignment with L.L.Beans mission and values.Familiarity with Microsoft Office systems preferred.What You Will Gain
