A company is looking for a Pro Fee Coder - Cardiology.

Key Responsibilities

Select and sequence ICD-10 and / or CPT / HCPCS codes for various patient types

Review facility records to ensure accurate APC assignments and coding

Abstract clinical data to support diagnoses and procedures after documentation review

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Active AHIMA or AAPC credential required

Two years of recent hands-on coding experience

Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines

Ability to code at a 95% quality threshold

Proficient in MS Office applications
