A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a team of data and backend engineers, mentoring and managing conflict
Collaborate with product managers to design and implement product features and improve existing tools
Manage OKRs, roadmaps, and performance accountability while nurturing a culture of technical quality
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (Java, Python)
Experience with high volume heterogeneous data and tools such as Hadoop
Familiarity with BigTable, BigQuery, and Hive
Experience in designing and building distributed production services with data processing frameworks
Proven experience in leading agile ceremonies and project roadmap planning
