• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to monitor client progress and modify treatment as needed.
• Document all interactions and ensure compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
• Provide immediate support during crisis situations and develop necessary safety plans.
• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness of mental health services.
