The Account Representative plays a key role in driving Fortra's customer growth and retention. This role is responsible for building relationships with prospects and existing customers through targeted outreach, lead follow-up, and account management support. You'll partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop new opportunities while ensuring customers receive the guidance and support they need. This entry-level position offers a competitive base salary, commission, and excellent career growth potential in sales or marketing.

What You'll Do :

• Generate new business opportunities through lead follow-up and cold-calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn.
• Identify and drive net new sales (75%) and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base (25%).
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Coordinate and schedule product overview demos to educate customers on licensed software.
