Shift Description :

  • PRN Basis : As needed basis
  • Shifts : TBD
  • Half Day : 4 hours or less
  • Full Day : 4-8 hours

  • Start Date : ASAP - Ongoing

  • Practice Setting : Ongoing PRN basis
  • Board Certification : Required
  • Certification Eligibility : Board Eligible
  • State License : Pennsylvania

    • Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams.
  • Conduct interview-based assessments with some physical evaluations including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
  • Evaluate traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions.
  • No prescribing or treatment required.
  • Utilize a Goniometer for assessments.
  • Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required.
  • Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
  • Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops / MACs).
  • Training provided for all Reporting / Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
  • Submit Reporting / DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, adhering to standardized form requirements.
  • Evaluations to be completed in provider portal and records are reviewed.
  • Provider needed : more than 5

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Board Certification or eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.
  • Certification eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.
