Ohio Nursing Job Details Job Title : Med / Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) Location : Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 (Cleveland area) Employment Type : Travel Nursing Contract Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 14 / 2025 – End : 2 / 13 / 2026) Shift : Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7 : 00pm – 7 : 30am) Hours per Week : 36 Unit : 4 West Tower Holiday Coverage : Every other holiday Estimated Weekly Pay : $2130 - $2190 Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 18 months recent, permanent experience in Med / Surg Tele specialty Active Ohio RN license or compact state nursing license Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (2 attempts maximum) One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med / Surg Tele Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start Ability to complete required modules pre-start and annually Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective nursing care to patients in the Med / Surg Tele unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes Participate in orientation and ongoing competency assessments Provide compassionate support to patients and families Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and compliance standards Discover rewarding travel nursing jobs in Ohio and experience the best of Cleveland while making a difference in patient care.
