Entry-Level Event Assistant

We are actively hiring an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll support live events, community outreach programs, brand activations, and promotional marketing campaigns. • Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown for live events, brand activations, and community programs

• Support event logistics, including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and guest registration

• Engage with attendees to deliver an outstanding brand experience and customer service

• Manage signage, branded displays, promotional materials, and giveaways

• Complete administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, data entry, and post-event reporting

• Represent partner brands in a professional, polished, and enthusiastic manner

• Participate in post-event reviews to improve future marketing and promotional efforts
