Patient Access Representatives deliver what matters most to our patients and their families, ensure exceptional experiences and thrive on making positive impacts in the community. As a Patient Access Representative, you will pre-register and greet patients as well as verify information and collect copays. You are the first person the patient will interact with once they are through security, and you will set the tone for how the visit goes. A caregiver in this role works nights from 11 : 00 p.m. - 7 : 30 a.m. with weekend and holiday requirements.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Perform registration and obtain information about demographics, insurance, medical and financial.
• Crosstrain to staff all areas of patient access, such as front desk, admitting office, ED and cash register.
• Function as a Super User and act as a resource for training of new caregivers.
• Provide registration and cash collection access in Epic.

Pay Range Minimum hourly : $15.75 Maximum hourly : $21.65 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
