What You’ll Do :

Oversee all front- and back-of-house daily operations with an eye for detail and high standards.

Develop, coach, and inspire our talented team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

Drive financial results, maintain cost controls, and elevate service and operational excellence.

Serve as an ambassador for The Matheson, building lasting connections with guests, community, and industry partners.

Role Requirements :

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager or AGM in fine dining settings.

Proven leader with excellent communication and team-building skills.

Passion for exceptional food, wine, and service.

Hands-on approach, high standards, and keen business acumen.
