Junior Associate Attorney

Job Description

An excellent client in Ft Lauderdale is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney . The Junior Associate Attorney will join a growing practice and work in the area of Community Association Law.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• 2+ years of experience in Community Association Law is preferred.
• MUST have a litigation background.
• Draft and review the governing documents that govern the operation of the association.
• Prepare research memoranda.
• Draft discovery documents and correspondence.
• Work with a variety of individuals in the HOA.
• Assist with educating new community members, corporate governance, enforcement of the governing rules.
• College degree and Juris Doctorate Degree required.
• Must be organized and a self-starter.
• Must communicate effectively.
