Whether supervising staff, coordinating complex care plans, or directly supporting patients and families, you'll play a key role in helping residents live each day with dignity, independence, and the highest quality of life.\n\nAs a Registered Nurse you will : \n

• Manage Clinical Operations and Care Standards – Implement and uphold clinical standards, following the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate patient care needs with internal and external services while ensuring accurate clinical documentation.\n
• Deliver Direct Patient Care – Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, observe and report changes in conditions, and reach, supervise, and counsel patients to promote optimal health and safety.\n
• Build Relationships and Ensure Compliance – Create an environment that ensures high-quality care (physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual) while promoting patient independence and dignity. Establish effective communication with all patients.\n

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in the state of Minnesota.\n
• CPR within 6 months of hire.\n
• Clear and compassionate communication abilities.\n
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation is preferred\n
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices.\n
• Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with resident, team members and family.\n
• Ability to pass state mandated background check.\n
