Duties :

• Handle full litigation lifecycle from case intake through trial or settlement
• Develop case strategies, manage discovery, and engage in motion practice
• Conduct client meetings to assess legal needs and provide strategic guidance
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Coordinate trial preparation activities, including assembling exhibits and witness materials
• Analyze legal issues and case evidence to formulate practical recommendations
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding case progress and next steps

Requirements :

Education :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a U.S.-accredited law school

Certifications :

Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
