Position Highlights

This is a Onsite Role

• Location : This is a traveling position with frequent travel to the following sites : Bismarck North Dakota and Williston North Dakota with a primary location in Dickinson North Dakota
• Full Time : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. All Datavant Holidays off
• Front desk for walk-in patients
• Customer service (in person as well as by telephone),
• Manage fax
• Ability working in a high-volume environment.
• Processing medical record requests such as : Insurance requests, DDS Requests, Workers Comp Request, Subpoenas
• Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel)
