Safety Coordinator (Taylor)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Coordinator who is fluent in Korean and English, to help maintain a culture of safety excellence across all project activities.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational environment supporting one of the world's most advanced semiconductor facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily safety operations and communications with contractors and project team members.
• Maintain accurate daily records of on-site activities and project progress.
• Organize and manage multiple safety-related files and documentation, ensuring updates are made in real time.
• Conduct safety orientations for all new contractor employees.
• Prepare and support safety events, weekly safety meetings, and training sessions.
• Record and analyze accident and injury reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all safety meetings and compliance activities.
• Handle new contractor badging processes and issue personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Manage safety material purchase requests and inventory for PPE and safety tools.
