Active NY License - highly preferred

Provider within driving distance - highly preferred

COVID-19 Vaccination

BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS

Must have completed at least 1 successful assignment through the presenting agency - Preferred - Client will accept 1 reference they are able to contact at the time of presentation
