A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the implementation of a school-based service model.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of AmeriCorps members, providing feedback and coaching to enhance their professional growth
Build and maintain partnerships with school administrators and community stakeholders to support service delivery
Ensure program fidelity by monitoring service quality, outcomes, and after-school programming effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
2-6 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a management role
Proven ability to set high expectations and hold teams accountable for performance goals
Experience in building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders
Passion for service and familiarity with education, preferably with City Year or AmeriCorps experience
