Ability to stand for long periods of time. Previous cash handling experience (preferred). Previous teller experience (preferred). Demonstrated customer service skills. Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds. Bilingual in Spanish (preferred). Competitive pay starting $19 / hr. 401(k) match. Overview

Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, efficiently, and consistently.
- Provide a friendly, positive, and courteous experience to all customers.
- Stand in front of the teller counter for long periods of time.
- Make decisions for customers, follow bank operating procedures, and uphold our operating philosophy.
- Participate in training activities and work with the team to achieve individual and team success.
