Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Medication Reminders : Support clients in managing their medication routines. Meal Preparation and Nutrition : Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Companionship and Social Interaction : Accompany clients to appointments and social activities. Health Monitoring : Document care provided and any notable observations. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred. Compassionate and empathetic attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
