We’re a small, serious agent team focused on execution, idea‑sharing, and content that gets clients off the fence . If you’re licensed in CA and want to grow stronger—together , this is a fit.

Compensation : $85,000 - $145,000

Responsibilities : What you’ll do

• Run a personal pipeline with daily prospecting sprints and weekly content sessions .
• Participate in peer reviews (listing launches, pricing, and negotiation strategy).
• Co‑create micro‑content; we’ll support with prompts / templates and light editing.
• Optional : mentor peers and earn referral / revenue share (again— no recruiting requirement ).
