Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in Java, Spring MVC, and HTML technologies. They will play a critical role in leading a team of developers, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products within agreed timelines. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design and development of java based applications using spring mvc framework.

2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

4. Perform code reviews, identify technical risks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in java programming language with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.

2. Handson experience in developing web applications using spring mvc framework.

3. Solid knowledge of html, css, and javascript for frontend development.

4. Experience with relational databases and orm frameworks.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
