Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II to develop software solutions that assist homeowners in accessing their home equity.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and test software using Python and JavaScript / TypeScript with a focus on clean architecture

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features using Agile practices

Maintain code quality through peer reviews, testing, and documentation while taking ownership of critical features

Required Qualifications

2+ years of professional software development experience with modern programming languages and frameworks

Strong understanding of relational database design and querying fundamentals

Experience with testing frameworks and cloud services, preferably AWS

Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems

Solid grasp of API design fundamentals for building and documenting web services
