The receptionist is the front-line contact for our Collision Center. This role answers incoming calls greets customers directs traffic to the right team members and keeps communication flowing smoothly. The position supports the advisors and management by helping with check-ins basic paperwork and maintaining an organized front desk. Professionalism accuracy and a calm presence are key.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills dependable attendance and a customer-first attitude. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment multitask between phones and walk-ins and stay organized. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our systems quickly. Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred especially in automotive or service settings but not required for the right fit.
