About The Position

Job Description :

Seeking an experienced NICU RN to provide specialized care to neonates (22+ weeks gestation) in a Level III NICU. The role includes managing respiratory distress, surgical / cardiac cases, glucose regulation, and high-acuity interventions. Must be skilled in ventilator management, line care, and neonatal medication protocols.

Job Requirements

Requirements : Active RN license

BLS & NRP (required)

EPIC and Pyxis experience

Strong background in Level III / IV NICU care

Proficient in ventilator modes (AC, PC, SIMV, CPAP, BiPAP, PEEP)

Skilled in arterial / central line care, infection control, and GI feeding methods

Excellent SBAR communication and multidisciplinary collaboration
