Position Summary

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engineering Technician to join our team in Torrance, CA. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency by studying and recording time, motion, methods, and speed in various worker operations such as maintenance, production, and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals, perform a variety of technical tasks, and may provide direction to others. Creativity and problem-solving skills are highly valued in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and document processes related to time, motion, and methods to establish standard production rates.
• Support efficiency improvements in maintenance, production, and clerical operations.
• Perform complex technical tasks requiring a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
• Lead and direct the work of others when required.
• Report to a manager or department head while maintaining autonomy in daily work.
