**All candidates must be local to the Triangle region of North Carolina, and posting will require 1 day per week in a Triangle area office.**
CLIENT -Transportation is seeking a Mid-level Technical Analyst who will be responsible for successfully planning, organizing, and motivating diverse project teams throughout all phases of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid projects and for delivering documentation and artifacts that provide exceptional value to the CLIENT -Transportation internal and external stakeholders. Business analysts collect and analyze data for potential business expansion. This position will also identify specific business opportunities and shareholders to support business goals, lead projects, and coordinate with other teams to produce quality results and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Manage, organize, and lead multiple projects with multiple staff across functional areas and/or agencies.
Develop, manage, and monitor the integrated master schedule for projects or multiple phases of a project.
Create and monitor project budgets in compliance with enterprise standards.
Manage issues and risks, at varying degrees, to effectively control and mitigate project impacts.
Apply known Project Management best practices for developing and managing projects such as estimation.
Advocate alternative project solutions in line with enterprise standards.
Work with the following Project Management Methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
