Transportation Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Freight Coordinator, Mandarin + English.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary transportation liaison for brand partners, coordinating ocean, port, and dray operations

Establish and maintain SOPs and communication channels with origin partners and carriers

Monitor and resolve container, booking, and delivery exceptions proactively

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal

3-5 years of experience in international transportation or freight forwarding, preferably with Trans-Pacific experience

Strong ability to coordinate across carriers, dray providers, and warehouses

Skilled in using EDI systems and shipment visibility tools

Demonstrated bias for action and proactive communication
