Job Title : ADO Enablement Lead

Executive Summary

The ADO Enablement Lead is responsible for the technical rollout, configuration, and integration of Azure DevOps (ADO) and Apptio Targetprocess (ATP) across DTS delivery teams. This role ensures that the tooling infrastructure effectively supports DOME's portfolio visibility, governance, and reporting needs. The ADO Enablement Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable workflows, dashboards, and integrations that align with the organization's hybrid delivery models.

Role Overview

This role focuses on technical enablement and tooling standardization across delivery teams. The ADO Enablement Lead will evaluate current tool usage, design standardized configurations, and implement integrations that streamline planning, execution, and reporting. The position also includes providing training, onboarding support, and adoption guidance to ensure consistent and efficient tool utilization across diverse delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current ADO / ATP usage across DTS and identify process and configuration gaps.
• Design and implement standardized workflows, dashboards, and reporting templates .
• Lead integration efforts between ADO, ATP, Clarity, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and performance.
• Provide hands-on technical support for onboarding and migration activities.
• Develop enablement materials , training documentation, and user guides.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
