Sales Onboarding Specialist

Location : On-site | Department : Training | Full-Time | Exempt

We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Sales Onboarding Specialist to serve as the face of our sales training experience. Sales Onboarding Specialist Requirements / Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales, sales training, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and closing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable delivering training in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment

    • Sales Onboarding Specialist Responsibilities :

  • Deliver a 3–4 week in-person onboarding program covering sales process, product knowledge, and closing techniques
  • Conduct real-time coaching and shadow sessions to reinforce best practices
  • Evaluate and certify new hires through assessments, role-playing, and skill demonstrations
  • Lead monthly regional training sessions and ongoing development opportunities
  • Train associates on goal setting, commission strategies, and performance metrics
  • Manage LMS content, track training progress, and ensure compliance across regions
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance training content and delivery methods
  • Foster a positive, engaging learning environment aligned with company standards
