Key Responsibilities :

• Establish and apply test strategies frameworks and methodologies to boost software quality and efficiency.
• Build develop and maintain robust scalable and reusable automation frameworks for web and API testing.
• Embrace and champion development methodologies that prioritize software quality through rigorous testing practices.
• Collaborate with development DevOps and QA teams to integrate automated testing into CI / CD pipelines.
• Conduct API UI mobile and database testing to ensure end-to-end quality.
• Establish test metrics and benchmarks to measure software quality and process efficiency.
• Guide and mentor test engineers on automation guidelines and advanced testing techniques.
• Assess and deploy new testing technologies and tools to improve efficiency.
• Ensure scalability performance and security testing strategies align with business needs.
• Review and provide recommendations for improving test case coverage and defect prevention.
• Contribute to shift-left testing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103100.00$154700.00.
