As a PHP / WordPress Developer with our team, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-performance, scalable, and secure digital solutions that help clients distinguish themselves online. Your primary responsibilities will include converting design blueprints into custom WordPress themes, plugins, and tailored integrations. You’ll work closely with designers, strategists, and backend engineers to deliver solutions that are efficient, maintainable, and adhere to modern standards for speed and accessibility. Your expertise in modern PHP practices and WordPress development will be critical as you help drive technical discussions and continually enhance our development workflow.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing with PHP, WordPress, and related technologies
• Proven track record in building custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
• Strong knowledge of WordPress core, including hooks, actions, filters, and template structure
• Experience translating designs from tools like Figma into functional, pixel-perfect frontends
• Skilled in REST APIs, third-party service integrations, and creating custom API endpoints
• Proficient with Git version control and collaborative development processes
• Familiarity with WP CLI, debugging, and performance optimization tools
• Solid understanding of WordPress security best practices (such as user roles, data sanitization, use of nonces)
• Experience with headless WordPress or other advanced integrations is a plus
• Committed to writing clear, well-documented code and contributing to code reviews
