Talent Consultant Manpower

This role is based in Almera, Spain. It is a remote position with a full-time contract type and junior experience level. The position is available until December 31st, 2025.

About the Role :

The Talent Consultant Manpower will report to the Branch Manager / Coordinador OS. The main objectives include achieving set goals through the implementation of the Convenience model and the effective management of clients, developing a strong relationship with them, fostering the development and increase of orders in these accounts, and ensuring the effective management of the same.

Formation : Bachillerato / Ciclo medio FP

  • Ensure that all relevant documentation is completed on time, accurately, and efficiently (contracts, extensions, risk sheets, etc.)
  • Update all service information in the management systems
  • Ensure compliance with the procedure agreed with the client
  • Advise clients on legal and labor issues and ensure the proper application of the law in services
  • What You Bring :

    Bachelor's degree (or higher)

    Spanish (at least one required)
