SUMMARY :   The Process Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a specific production or process area. This role ensures that all processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Process Supervisor leads a team of operators or technicians, monitors, performance, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production / process staff.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards to ensure targets are met.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and development.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain  accurate records of production, downtime, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality , and engineering teams to optimize operations.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Qualifications :

Working Conditions :

May require standing for long periods, lifting up to 50lbs, and working in hot / cold environments.

Shift work,  including night and weekends, may be required.
